Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. Order processing may take up to 48 hrs from time of purchase, please allow an additional 3 days for free UPS ground shipping on orders over $100. Barnaby Black ships UPS and offers free ground shipping on all orders over $100. Orders of lesser value will be shipped standard ground UPS pricing.

Only new, unworn merchandise may be returned for a refund or merchandise credit with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
All Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and a copy of the original invoice.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a Barnaby Black package that appears damaged to the extent that the goods inside may be damaged, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately by email or phone. Items purchased from any Barnaby Black distributors may not be returned to us.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your RMA # visibly on the outside of the package, we cannot accept returns without an RMA#.
Items bought on sale from barnabyblack.com are eligible for exchange, sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides package tracking to avoid delays. Barnaby Black will not accept COD packages. We recommend that you insure your package appropriately.
Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
